A shared Couple Hub & Guest Hub — bringing couples, planners, and guests together in one place, with clarity and discretion. Your hub speaks ten languages, and so do your own words: welcomes, the schedule, the FAQs your guests need most all translate automatically into theirs.

At Vows Afar, we strive to make planning a destination wedding as enjoyable as the celebration itself. As the founder — and a destination bride who tied the knot in Bali — I know firsthand the mix of joy, stress and chaos that comes with it. I felt an overwhelming happiness surrounded by my friends and family in one of my favourite places, creating lasting memories both before and after the wedding. Yet, amidst that joy, I also faced the stress and challenge of managing disorganised information, and communication, even with a great planner helping me out.
Drawing from my background as a project manager, I was inspired to create Vows Afar — a planning tool born from my personal journey. It serves as a comprehensive resource for couples, wedding planners, and destination venues alike, functioning as a central hub for planning, a space for guests to connect, and a streamlined communication platform — available in ten guest languages, including English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Greek, Thai, Indonesian, and Mexican Spanish. And it isn't only the interface that travels: the welcomes you write, the schedule you build, the FAQs your guests need most — every word translates automatically into their language. By consolidating all the logistics into one accessible place, we allow you to focus on the most essential element — your loved ones.
Plan your destination wedding with us — where the planning process becomes a cherished part of your journey, rather than an obstacle. Let the joy of togetherness and the beauty of your chosen location be at the forefront, as we handle the details that make your dream wedding a reality.

Vows Afar holds the structure of a destination wedding, so the people in it can be present — every guest reading your wedding in their own language.
